glycol/ethelyn expansion

South Texas client contracted GRI to complete the project for the CCND loading arms and DTF connection piping installation. GRI was the EPC for the balance of plant design, fabrication and construction of loading arm to dock connection piping, dock racks, and installation of 7 loading arms.

Our focus on the CWTP -Wastewater project was to expand and update the existing facility and water treatment capabilities by engineering, procuring and constructing 4 onsite large capacity holding tanks, 3 shop built pressure tanks, 2 water treatment filtration systems, 3 sanitary waste units as well as all necessary pumps, piping, foundations, and I&E components, allowing the client to grow its wastewater treatment an additional 25%.

This expansion led us into the opportunity to assist the client in expanding their Ethylene Glycol exporting capabilities by engineering, procuring, and constructing 25,000+ LF of piping, 7 high capacity hydraulic loading arms, as well as installing all foundations and I&E components.
